Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 15g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin and generates fluids.
With Shu Di Huang, for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
With Xuan Shen, for Kidney Yin Deficiency with Fire Blazing with soreness and swelling in the throat, dry mouth and a parched tongue.
With Mu Dan Pi, for Kidney Yin Deficiency with steaming bones.
With Mu Dan Pi and Chi Shao, for purpura or bleeding with maculae and blotches on the skin.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 15g Nourishes the Blood and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
Rz. Anemarrhenae Zhi Mu 15g Clears Heat, drains Fire, nourishes Yin, moistens Dryness, generates Fluids, clears Deficiency Fire and quenches thirst.
With Xuan Shen and Sheng Di Huang, for ulcers of the oral cavity.
Fr. Corni Shan Zhu Yu 15g Stabilizes the Kidneys, astringes Jing and Body Fluids, tonifies Liver and Kidney Yin and strengthens Kidney Yang.
With Shu Di Huang, nourishes Kidney Yin and secures Jing, while restraining urination and sweating.
Rx. Scrophulariae Xuan Shen 10g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin and drains Fire.
With Mu Dan Pi, for erysipelas and purplish rashes.
Cx. Moutan Mu Dan Pi 10g Clears Heat, cools, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, clears Deficiency Fire and clears Liver Fire.
With Chi Shao, cools the Blood and disperses Stasis, for Ying Stage Heat with epistaxis, hemoptysis, hemafecia, hematuria, menorrhagia and skin rashes.
With Zhi Mu and Sheng Di Huang, for menopause with Yin Deficiency and Heat.
Rx. Paeoniae Rubra Chi Shao 15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, relieves pain, clears Heat, cools the Blood and clears Liver Fire.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 15g Nourishes the Blood, regulates menstruation, astringes Yin and calms Liver Yang.
Poria Fu Ling 20g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness and strengthens the Spleen.
Rx. Achyranthis Bidentatae Niu Xi 10g Invigorates the Blood, expels Blood Stasis, nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin and descends Blood and Fire.
With Sheng Di Huang, powerfully clears Deficiency Fire Blazing Upward with pain and swelling of the gums, epistaxis, hematemesis and other hemorrhage in the upper body.
Hb. Ecliptae Mo Han Lian 15g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Yin, cools the Blood and stops bleeding.
With Sheng Di Huang, for hematemesis and hematuria due to Hot Blood.
Hb. Hedyotis Diffusae Bai Hua She She Cao 30g Clears Heat, strongly relieves Fire toxins and promotes urination.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 30g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat and cools the Blood.
With Mu Dan Pi and Sheng Di Huang, for Ying Stage Heat with high fever, irritability, hemoptysis, epistaxis, and subcutaneous bleeding.
